Smoking Policy: *

Due to an allergy to smoke, The Balanced Dog, LLC. trainer cannot inhabit a space where secondhand smoke was/is present. I understand that the training environment must be smoke-free for the duration of all in-home training.

Waiver *

I understand that there are risks involved with dogs being in new, unknown environments. I also acknowledge that while they are rare, there are risks involved with the boarding, training, and socialization of dogs with people and other dogs. I accept all risk associated with my dog boarding and/or training at The Balanced Dog,LLC and agree to be responsible, financially and otherwise, for any injuries that might occur to my dog(s) during their stay. The Balanced Dog, LLC provides excellent standards of care to ensure an extremely safe and fun environment for the dogs while they are at our facility. In the unlikely event that there is an issue that requires medical attention for your dog we will transport your dog to your specific veterinarian (If possible), and contact you as soon as possible. If your veterinarian is not available for whatever reason, we will transport your dog to a different local veterinarian or to the 24 hour emergency veterinarian hospital.
